The following documentation is needed prior to enrollment:

1) A copy of your high school diploma and/or G.E.D.

2) A copy of your picture I.D.

3) A copy of your social security card.

4) $50.00 application fee.

5) Deposit on account.

6) Financial aid application.

7) Scholarship application.

If you are applying for financial aid:

8) Visit Fafsa to apply. School Code: 015090.

9) Complete an online Master Promissory Note by clicking here.

10) Meet with a financial aid advisor to discuss your eligibility and complete any necessary forms.

11) Complete an online Entrance Counseling form by click here.

Please note all of these steps must be complete prior to the use of financial aid.
